First, I've opened up a number of new matches for voting on as well as closing a few that I felt were done being voted upon.

I also decided that it would be to difficult to wait until a tie was broken, so now if I decide to close the voting and there is a tie - the team which was voted on 'sooner' will win. So if team A and team B were tied but all of the votes for team A were (on average) voted for before the votes for team B, team A would win. This means if you want the team name you pick to win, pick it as quickly as you can!
